Ein m\u00f6glicher Schwerpunkt in diesem Fach ist die Metalltechnik. Dies sind:<br \/>\n&#8211; Lerngebiet T1: Technische Informationen nutzen und erstellen<br \/>\n&#8211; Lerngebiet T2: Technische Systeme hinsichtlich Aufbau und Funktion analysieren<br \/>\n&#8211; Lerngebiet T3: Technische Produkte entwerfen und deren Herstellung planen<\/p>\n<p>Aus diesen Rahmenrichtlinien wird ein schulischer Lehrplan entwickelt. Dieser enth\u00e4lt die anvisierten Ziele und Inhalte des Unterrichts.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr den spezifischen Unterricht in einer bestimmten Lerngruppe wird ein sogenannter Lehr-\/Lernprozessplan erstellt. In den vergangenen Jahren waren dies folgende Projekte:<\/p>\n<p>Zun\u00e4chst werden dabei die Grundlagen der Technischen Kommunikation einschlie\u00dflich der Einarbeitung in ein computergest\u00fctztes Zeichenprogramm vermittelt.<\/p>\n<p>Anschlie\u00dfend wird im Theorieunterricht die Fertigung der Konstruktion besprochen. Ergebnis ist eine technische Konstruktion mit den entsprechenden technischen Unterlagen wie Berechnungen, Festigkeitsnachweisen, Entw\u00fcrfen, Zeichnungen sowie St\u00fcck- und Bestelllisten.<br \/>\nDie Anwendung der erworbenen Kompetenzen erfolgt anschlie\u00dfend w\u00e4hrend der Projektarbeit. Hier werden weitere Projektauftr\u00e4ge bearbeitet.<\/p>\n<p>Im zweiten Kurshalbjahr wird die Fertigung der erarbeiteten Konstruktionen geplant.<br \/>\nAnschlie\u00dfend werden im Praxisunterricht die am besten gelungenen Projekte realisiert.<\/p>\n<p>Die so zustande gekommenen Produkte werden auf Messen und Wettbewerben pr\u00e4sentiert.<br \/>\nIn den vergangenen Jahren konnten Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler unserer Schule bei der alle zwei Jahre stattfindenden Messe \u201eTechnik verbindet\u201c sowie auf verschiedenen Berufsbildungsmessen ihre Konstruktionen vorstellen. <\/p>\n<p>Erfolgreich waren wir au\u00dferdem bei mehreren \u201eJugend forscht\u201c &#8211; Wettbewerben, bei bisher beiden IdeenExpo-Wettbewerben sowie beim Leibniz-Challenge und beim Wettbewerb \u201eInvent a chip\u201c.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"flex_cell no_margin av_two_fifth  avia-builder-el-32  el_after_av_cell_three_fifth  avia-builder-el-last   \"  style='vertical-align:top; Dabei werden die erforderlichen Aktoren dimensioniert und die Steuerungsabl\u00e4ufe in Schaltpl\u00e4nen und Programmen unter Verwendung von Anwendersoftware dokumentiert. Die Steuerungsentw\u00fcrfe werden anschlie\u00dfend modellhaft in Laborr\u00e4umen realisiert. Notwendige Fehlersuchen erfolgen systematisch nach Algorithmen.<\/p>\n<p>Im zweiten Halbjahr analysieren die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler zun\u00e4chst den Aufbau und die Funktionsweise von CNC-Maschinen. F\u00fcr ausgew\u00e4hlte  Bauelemente werden die<br \/>\nGeometriedaten und die Technologiedaten f\u00fcr den Zerspanungsprozess ermittelt.
