Die Entwicklung der Peripherie \u2013 M\u00f6glichkeiten der Belegung der digitalen und analogen Aus- und Eing\u00e4nge \u2013 und eine Vielzahl an Modellprozessen wurden federf\u00fchrend von Eberhard Meyer realisiert. Durch ein hohes Engagement der Ausbilder und Umsch\u00fcler der JVA Hannover wurden die Anlagen gebaut, getestet und in Betrieb genommen.<br \/>\nIm Rahmen der Renovierungsma\u00dfnahmen unserer Schule wurden im Jahr 2015\/16 die SPS \u2013 Ger\u00e4te der 200er- und 300er- Serien durch neue moderne SPSen der 1200er und 1500er \u2013 Baureihe ersetzt. Wieder wurde viel Eigenleistung eingebracht.<br \/>\nBeim Bau der S7-1200 Modelle haben uns die Firmen TENNET und NEXANS mit ihren Auszubildenen unterst\u00fctzt.<br \/>\nDie Erstellung der Modelle f\u00fcr die S7-1500 war erheblich aufwendiger. Auch hier bedanken wir uns f\u00fcr die Unterst\u00fctzung der Firmen NEXANS und KEYMILE GmbH<br \/>\nF\u00fcr unser Hauptziel, einer zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Ausbildung im Bereich der Prozessautomatisierung, haben wir mit dieser Ausstattung optimale Bedingungen geschaffen.<br \/>\nDaf\u00fcr geb\u00fchrt allen Mitwirkenden unser gro\u00dfer Spende der SIEMENS AG ist es unserer Schule m\u00f6glich, komplette Prozesse\/Anlagen auf dem PC zu simulieren.<\/p>\n<p>So k\u00f6nnen mit der SIMIT Software von Sch\u00fclern erstellte STEP 7 \u2013 Programme mit anschaulichen dynamischen Modellen getestet werden.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr den schnellen Einstieg sind 8 modifizierbare Beispielaufgaben bereits vorhanden, eigene Modelle k\u00f6nnen in beliebiger Zahl erstellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Durch das Simulationsprogramm kann schon im Vorfeld das wesentliche Anlagenverhalten f\u00fcr Normalbetrieb, Anlauf und Wiederanlauf sowie das Abfahren von
